How do I use it?
Here’s how to use your Queen of the Thrones® Breast Castor Oil Packs:
Step 1: Massage breasts with Queen of the Thrones® Organic Golden Castor Oil (sold separately).
Step 2: Place the packs on your breasts, securing them to each bra strap using the button and elastic.

So I ordered this to mix with jojoba oil and frankincense essential oil as a “Natural Botox” and this specific ingredient (the castor oil) has been helping my bloating and has even flattened my stomach after using for two weeks because I’d put it on my stomach after my shower every night before bed. I will put it on my face and it has really cleared it up and it’s even helped my bowel movements when I put more than just a little on my stomach. Will they fit me?
The Small Chest Castor Oil Packs fit roughly A-C cup sizes. For sizes D and up, the Large Castor Oil Packs may be a better fit.
What kind of bra do I have to wear with these?
You’ll want to use an old bra that you don’t mind getting Castor Oil on (these packs aren’t 100% impermeable and Castor Oil can stain fabrics). Your best choice is any bra that doesn’t fit too tightly.
Can I just drink Castor Oil or rub it on my skin?
When taken orally, Castor Oil is a stimulant laxative that can cause cramping and make you rush to go to the bathroom. Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil is for topical use only. Simply rubbing Castor Oil on your skin and throwing an old T-shirt overtop (A.K.A. the “Lazy Castor Oil Pack”) only gives you about 50% of the benefits. Without the pack you lose out on the relaxation benefits, similar to a warm hug. The pack and the Castor Oil work synergistically together to help you feel better.
Is it messy?
Is the mess and fear of staining your fabrics what has stopped you from doing a Castor Oil Pack in the past? Probably, and that’s why this pack was designed by a naturopathic doctor just for you to be LESS-mess.NO, it is not messless, but it’s LESS messy than a DIY pack. Always wear an old T-shirt over top, just in case.Note that your pack will become messy over time and should be replaced after approximately 60 uses.
How often do I have to replace it?
The traditional way of doing Castor Oil Packs was to use the SAME compress over and over and over. This was okay, before the industrial revolution when our environment wasn’t as toxic. We now know that the increasing environmental toxicity impacts wellness. This is why it’s important to add fresh oil every time and replace your pack after approximately 60 uses for ease of use, comfort, and sanitation.
Do I have to wash my pack?
New research from the National Institute of Health shows that even organic materials may contain traces of chemicals via transportation, packaging and warehousing. But luckily, washing is shown to significantly reduce or even eliminate these chemicals completely.
It's like when you buy produce, you always wash it first, even if it’s organic, right? You should also always wash the clothing and fabrics you place on your body. This is an unwritten rule with fabrics, especially if you have extra sensitive skin. But this is only a suggestion, like washing your new underwear before use!
