Your Queen of the Thrones® Original Castor Oil Pack and Organic Cotton Beauty Mask are made with:
- Inner layer: 100% organic cotton
This cozy layer of high quality, unbleached organic cotton touches your skin with Castor Oil. - Outer layer: 100% polypropylene
'Less-mess’ layer designed to hold in natural body heat, made of the same material as food-safe containers like yogurt cups. - Straps: 100% nylon

Your Queen of the Thrones® Bamboo Dry Brush is made with bamboo bristles and has a secure strap to help it fit comfortably in your hand.

How do I use it?
Morning Practice with the Queen of the Thrones® Bamboo Dry Brush:
Step 1: Apply Queen of the Thrones® Organic Golden Castor Oil to your body.
Step 2: With small, firm strokes, use your Bamboo Dry Brush to start brushing around your abdomen and chest, always brushing towards your heart.
Step 3: Next, begin brushing the bottom of your feet, working your way up your legs.
Step 4: Then start brushing your hands, working your way up the arms.
Step 5: Use an old cloth to wipe off excess oil before putting on clothing.
Step 6: Wipe down brush and gently rinse.
Repeat daily.Evening Castor Oil Pack Practice: Apply 1tbsp of your Organic Golden Castor Oil onto your Original Castor Oil Pack, place over your abdominal area and tie in place (wear for 1 hour daily or overnight). Then, apply a small amount of Castor Oil around your eyes, lashes and brows, then slip on your Beauty Mask before you go to sleep (repeat nightly).
Apply fresh Castor Oil with each use and replace your packs after approximately 60 uses for hygienic reasons.

Can I just drink Castor Oil or rub it on my skin?
When taken orally, Castor Oil is a stimulant laxative that can cause cramping and make you rush to go to the bathroom. Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil is for topical use only.
Simply rubbing Castor Oil on your skin and throwing an old T-shirt overtop (A.K.A. the “Lazy Castor Oil Pack”) only gives you about 50% of the benefits. Without the pack you lose out on the relaxation benefits, similar to a warm hug. The pack and the Castor Oil work synergistically together to help you feel better.
Can I just use organic bamboo or any old cloth?
ONLY use organic cotton or wool for your Castor Oil Pack! Other materials like ‘organic’ bamboo or cotton velour are highly processed with chemicals. Old clothing may be made with harmful dyes, bleach and flame retardants that you don’t want to absorb into your body.
How often should I do a Castor Oil pack?
Wear your Castor Oil Pack for 1 hour, or overnight. Most begin with 7 days straight, then continue with an ongoing practice 3-5x per week.

Is it messy?
Is the mess and fear of staining your fabrics what has stopped you from doing a Castor Oil Pack in the past? Probably, and that’s why this pack was designed by a naturopathic doctor just for you to be LESS-mess.NO, it is not messless, but it’s LESS messy than a DIY pack. Always wear an old T-shirt over top, just in case.Note that your pack will become messy over time and should be replaced after approximately 60 uses.
How often do I have to replace it?
The traditional way of doing Castor Oil Packs was to use the SAME compress over and over and over. This was okay, before the industrial revolution when our environment wasn’t as toxic. We now know that the increasing environmental toxicity impacts wellness. This is why it’s important to add fresh oil every time and replace your pack after approximately 60 uses for ease of use, comfort, and sanitation.
Do I have to wash my pack?
New research from the National Institute of Health shows that even organic materials may contain traces of chemicals via transportation, packaging and warehousing. But luckily, washing is shown to significantly reduce or even eliminate these chemicals completely.
It's like when you buy produce, you always wash it first, even if it’s organic, right? You should also always wash the clothing and fabrics you place on your body. This is an unwritten rule with fabrics, especially if you have extra sensitive skin. But this is only a suggestion, like washing your new underwear before use!
